meet frank stopa
washington, dc area fine art photographer frank stopa launched his passion over 30 years ago training in photography & darkroom techniques. years later, he began capturing images during long drives up & down the California coast and soon thereafter, took up scuba and began capturing underwater images. after shooting photos & video for an underwater non-profit, he decided to focus on fine art photography.
today, frank creates minimalist, fine art images of landscapes, cityscapes & underwater scenes. his art hangs in the homes of private clients in the United States, Canada & Europe. he's contributed works to exhibits in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe & the Middle East, & has featured in solo exhibits in the Washington, DC region.
